Once again your poll votes helped me create another villain.  Voodoo finished in first place so I vetoed that result and pretty much combined 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place?  Sort of?  Whatever.  You helped, thank you!

Dr. Kindra Davis, AKA The Therapist

Psychiatrist, criminal behavioral specialist, licensed clinician, and board certified... crazy.  Psychiatrist to the rich, powerful, and wealthy and any number of heroines, heroes, and villains.  Specialized in hypnotherapy, substance abuse, and sexual addiction.  At least, that's her day job. 

Following the death of her husband after a super strengthened heroine accidentally hit him with a light post while fighting a villain, Dr. Davis was recruited for a government project named No Collateral.  Her expertise was instrumental in helping reduce civilian casualties in Super City for three straight years, an accomplishment in the war zone just outside of Los Angeles.  However, the bitterness of losing her future husband to a needless accident slowly began changing the once mild mannered and even tempered doctor.  Recently project No Collateral has taken a turn towards the terrible with Dr. Davis at the helm and no one she deems overpowered is safe in Super City.  Now believing that all heroines have a sexual addiction in one form or another, The Therapist is using government money to conduct extreme and unethical experiments on any heroine unlucky enough to find their way into Project No Collateral's wicked grasp.
